Training modules for social housing services

Constantly Learning offers training packages for the community housing sector and any other parties interested in the delivery of high-quality social housing services.

All Constantly Learning training for social housing services is underpinned by our understanding of the great importance of the social landlord role and the complex balance of responsibilities it holds in relation to tenant needs, organisational sustainability, and community wellbeing.

Modules for social housing services include content specific to the social landlord role (e.g., managing tenancy breaches) and/or general content that is relevant to any human services setting (e.g., trauma informed practices).

Constantly Learning sessions facilitate reflective practice, critical engagement, creative and purposive planning, and practical knowledge. This is informed by our direct practice knowledge, diverse lived experiences, and contemporary research.

Training packages can be created using ready-made modules, as listed below, and/or get in touch to discuss a package to meet your specific needs.

Lived experiences were tied with honesty and the reality that there are many learnings along the way. Very approachable manner and well-designed facilitation.
